Der OSTEUROPAZENTRUM BERLIN-VERLAG wurde 2007 gegründet und hat seine Büros in Berlin-Lichtenberg . Der Verlag publiziert zur ost- und südosteuropäischen Geschichte, Wirtschaft, Kultur und Politik und veröffentlicht Sachliteratur in deutscher, polnischer, bulgarischer und demnächst auch in russischer Sprache.
Der Verlag bietet insbesondere jungen Wissenschaftlern und Publizisten aus Deutschland und Osteuropa Publikationschancen.
Ein Schwerpunkt der Verlagsarbeit sind die Filmproduktionen von zeithistorischen Themen, vor allem zur Geschichte des Stalinismus / Kommunismus in der SBZ / DDR und Osteuropa
